Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If a project is cancelled by the client after the agreement:

  • Before work starts: 90% of the advance will be refunded (10% processing deduction)
  • After work begins: Refunds are based on the percentage of work completed
  • After 50% or more is completed: No refund will be issued

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.

2. Project Cancellation by TakeTech Devs

If we cancel a project due to internal reasons or inability to deliver:

  • A partial or full refund (based on work done) will be provided
  • All partial deliverables till that point will be shared with the client

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once started or delivered:

  • Domain registration, hosting fees
  • Third-party license purchases
  • Paid advertisement budgets
  • Completed design, development, video editing work

4. Monthly Retainer Services

  • Monthly marketing, maintenance, or SEO retainers must be cancelled 7 days before renewal
  • No refund for the current cycle after work has started

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputes

Any refund-related disputes should be submitted via email at support@taketechdevs.com within 15 days of service delivery.
