1. Introduction

We offer website development, mobile app development, branding, digital marketing, software solutions, videography, and related services. All services are defined by project proposals, quotations, or scope of work documents agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure they have rights to all submitted materials
- Make payments according to agreed milestones or terms
Delays in content or feedback may result in project delivery delays.
4. Intellectual Property
All content developed by TakeTech Devs (including designs, code, videos, graphics) remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions & Feedback
We offer a defined number of revisions per service tier. Any additional revisions beyond the scope will be charged extra.
6. Payments
All payments must be made according to the invoice timeline. Projects are initiated only after advance payment (as per proposal). Delay in payment may lead to service suspension or termination.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any business or proprietary information shared will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without consent.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate any service if:
- The client violates terms of payment
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
- There is a breach of agreement or misuse of our deliverables
9. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools or platforms (like hosting, APIs, CMS, ad platforms). We are not liable for their performance or changes in their policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
TakeTech Devs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, India.
